Privacy State
State Privacy Rights
Last updated: 2026-08-08
This is the state-law supplement to our Privacy Policy. It applies if you are a resident of California (CCPA/CPRA) or of another US state with a comprehensive privacy statute, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah.
Categories and Where They Come From
Three categories are relevant. Identifiers such as IP address and cookie IDs. Internet activity, meaning your interaction with pages on this site. And contact information, which exists only if you supplied it. The sources are your device and, where engaged, our analytics and advertising partners.
Rights You Have
Available to you: confirmation of what we hold and access to it; correction of anything wrong; deletion; a portable copy; and opt-out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Some states add a right to appeal a refusal. Exercising these rights never results in different pricing or reduced access — that would be unlawful discrimination.
Is Data Sold or Shared?
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Where advertising is served, identifiers may pass to advertising partners, and that can constitute a ‘sale’ or ‘sharing’ under California and other state laws. The opt-out route is Do Not Sell or Share My Information, and we do not knowingly sell or share the data of anyone under 16.
Making a Request
The address for requests is hello@leafclue.com. Opt-outs are additionally available through Global Privacy Control, which we detect and honour with no message needed. We verify by responding to the originating email address, act within the statutory response window, and accept authorised-agent requests supported by written permission.
